LEISK acted as legal adviser to the majority shareholder, Orbit Alliance, in connection with a €46 million financing round in the Danish bank Lunar. The capital injection will support Lunar's continued growth and expansion across the Nordic region.
A collective redress regime that provides for automatic opt-out should be introduced as soon as possible. LEISK opposes the proposal regarding distribution of funds not claimed by group members and suggests that it should be possible to distribute such funds to a third-party funder.
