Built from three perspectives
LEISK was founded by Gustaf Leijonhufvud and Johan Skog, who have prior experience as lawyers at renowned law firms and who are also founders of Kapatens — an investment company focusing on legal finance and distressed situations.
As a result, they have experienced the legal market from three angles: the attorney's, the client's and the funder's perspectives. From these experiences emerged the idea of LEISK — an advisor with a holistic approach to law, risk and finance.
Where conventional firms stop at advice, LEISK is willing to take principal positions. We acquire claims, assume legacy liabilities and structure insurance solutions that allow our clients to act decisively where others hesitate.
